### Was kostet ein Erstgespräch?

Nichts – das Erstgespräch ist kostenlos, vor Ort, per Telefon oder Video. Wir schauen uns deine aktuelle IT an, klären, was du brauchst, und machen dir ein Angebot, das zu dir passt.

### Seid ihr auch vor Ort für mich da?

Ja – in Blindenmarkt und im Umkreis von rund 20 km: Amstetten, Ybbs an der Donau, Wieselburg, Pöchlarn, Neumarkt an der Ybbs, Persenbeug und die Orte dazwischen. Vieles lösen wir auch per Fernwartung oder Video, ganz ohne Anfahrt.

Das bieten wir bewusst nicht an. Dafür bekommst du persönliche Betreuung – per Ticket, Telefon, Fernwartung oder vor Ort, mit Reaktionszeiten, die wir gemeinsam vereinbaren.

### Seht ihr bei Managed IT meine Daten?

Nein. Mit dem Security Gateway melden uns deine Geräte nur ihren technischen Zustand – etwa ob eine Festplatte oder die USV Probleme macht. Auf deine Daten greifen wir nur zu, wenn du uns darum bittest.

### Wo liegen meine Daten beim Webhosting?

Auf dedizierten Servern in Rechenzentren in Deutschland und Finnland – also innerhalb der EU und DSGVO-konform. Die Server verwalten wir selbst.

### Helft ihr beim Umzug von Domain, Website und E-Mails?

Ja – wir übernehmen den Umzug möglichst ohne Unterbrechung. Dabei prüfen wir deine Website kostenlos auf Schwachstellen und Sicherheitslücken.

### Wie richte ich mein E-Mail-Postfach ein?

So richtest du dein Postfach in Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird oder am Handy ein:

- Posteingangsserver (IMAP): Server mail.time4tech.at, Port 993, Verschlüsselung SSL/TLS
- Postausgangsserver (SMTP): Server mail.time4tech.at, Port 465, Verschlüsselung SSL/TLS (Alternativ funktioniert auch Port 587 mit STARTTLS.)
- Anmeldung: Benutzername deine E-Mail-Adresse, Passwort dein Postfach-Passwort (Diese Anmeldedaten gelten für Posteingang und Postausgang. Passwort vergessen? Schreib uns an support@time4tech.at.)
- Webmail: https://mail.time4tech.at

POP3 bieten wir nicht mehr an – mit IMAP bleiben alle Geräte synchron.

### Was passiert, wenn ich kündige?

Security Gateway, grommunio und Backup sind monatlich kündbar – mit einem Monat Frist zum Ende deiner Abrechnungsperiode. Beispiel: Dein Vertrag beginnt am 13. – kündigst du vor dem 13. eines Monats, endet er am 13. des Folgemonats. Microsoft 365 läuft je nach Variante monatlich oder jährlich, Webhosting, Domains und E-Mail jeweils ein Jahr.

Zum Abschluss bekommst du einen Download-Link für Dokumentation, Passwörter und Backup. Das Gateway ist ein Leihgerät und geht an uns zurück.

### Who is time4tech right for?

For sole traders, SMEs, start-ups, agencies and freelancers looking for reliable IT and a personal contact – who would rather focus on their business.

### What does a first consultation cost?

Nothing – the first consultation is free, on site, by phone or by video. We look at your current IT, clarify what you need and make you an offer that fits.

### Are you there for me on site, too?

Yes – in Blindenmarkt and within about 20 km: Amstetten, Ybbs an der Donau, Wieselburg, Pöchlarn, Neumarkt an der Ybbs, Persenbeug and the places in between. Many things we also solve via remote support or video, without travelling.

### Do you offer round-the-clock support?

We deliberately don’t. Instead you get personal care – via ticket, phone, remote support or on site, with response times we agree on together.

### Can you see my data with managed IT?

No. With the Security Gateway, your devices only report their technical health to us – for example whether a hard drive or the UPS is having problems. We only access your data if you ask us to.

### Where is my data stored with your web hosting?

On dedicated servers in data centres in Germany and Finland – within the EU and GDPR-compliant. We manage the servers ourselves.

### Do you help with moving domains, websites and emails?

Yes – we handle the move with as little downtime as possible. Along the way we check your website for weak spots and security gaps, free of charge.

### How do I set up my mailbox?

How to set up your mailbox in Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird or on your phone:

- Incoming mail server (IMAP): Server mail.time4tech.at, Port 993, Encryption SSL/TLS
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP): Server mail.time4tech.at, Port 465, Encryption SSL/TLS (Port 587 with STARTTLS works as well.)
- Sign-in: Username your email address, Password your mailbox password (These sign-in details apply to incoming and outgoing mail. Forgot your password? Write to support@time4tech.at.)
- Webmail: https://mail.time4tech.at

We no longer offer POP3 – with IMAP all your devices stay in sync.

### What happens if I cancel?

The Security Gateway, grommunio and backup can be cancelled monthly – with one month’s notice to the end of your billing period. Example: your contract starts on the 13th – if you cancel before the 13th of a month, it ends on the 13th of the following month. Microsoft 365 runs monthly or yearly depending on the plan, web hosting, domains and email for a year each.

At the end you get a download link for your documentation, passwords and backup. The gateway is on loan and goes back to us.
