We only process personal data as far as necessary to operate this website and answer your enquiries – based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).

When you visit this website, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The website runs on servers we manage in data centres of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, within the EU. Hetzner processes the data as a processor. Log files are only kept as long as necessary for this purpose and then deleted.

If you write to us via the contact form or by email, we process your details (name, email address, optionally phone number and company, selected service, message) to answer your enquiry – to prepare or perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The form is sent to us as an email via our own mail server. We keep your enquiry while it is being handled and beyond that only where statutory retention obligations require it.

Spam protection without third parties: the form contains a hidden field and a timestamp. To limit mass requests, your IP address is held in the server’s memory for at most ten minutes and is not stored permanently. There are no captchas and no services from other providers.

We do not use tracking, analytics or marketing cookies.

Only when you trigger it yourself does the website store a setting on your device: when you switch language, a cookie “TIME4TECH_LANG” (chosen language, 12 months, also used by our other services under time4tech.at) and when you switch language, a short flag in session storage so the menu stays open (until the end of the session).

This storage is strictly necessary for the function you requested (§ 165(3) TKG 2021) and therefore requires no consent. You can delete it in your browser at any time.

Fonts, videos, graphics and all code are loaded from our server. We do not embed analytics tools, social media plugins, external maps or video platforms.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw any consent given at any time. Just write to us at mail@time4tech.at.
